1. How do I create an account on Antarrashtriya?
You can create your account on Antarrashtriya by entering and verifying your
mobile number. Click on "Create New Account" and fill up the form to create your
Antarrashtriya account.
2. Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
No, registration is not mandatory for placing an order. You can place order for
a product as guest as well, but it advisable to the register with us to receive
the offers and new product launch information.
Orders, Shipping & Tracking
1. How do I cancel my Order?
To cancel your order you can tap on the option ‘Orders’ under the Accounts
section. You can also cancel your order directly from the ‘Orders’ section.
2. How can I get my order delivered faster?
We try to the deliver the product as soon as possible to make sure, customers
receives the ordered product for their need , Customer can still check with our
customer service team if they can receive the order faster.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your ordered product you can select the ‘Orders’ option
under Accounts or Orders section.
4. Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?
Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you
can't collect your order the first time. You can also track on Antarrashtriya
website under orders tab.
5. Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can
accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any
concerns.
6. How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order?
You can write to [email protected] for your corporate gifting
requirements.
7. Why are there different prices for the same product? Is it legal?
Antarrashtriya is an online marketplace platform that enables independent
sellers to sell their products to buyers. The prices are solely decided by the
sellers, and Antarrashtriya does not interfere in the same. There could be a
possibility that the same product is sold by different sellers at different
prices. Antarrashtriya rightfully fulfils all legal compliances of on-boarding
multiple sellers on its forum as it is a marketplace platform.
Cancellation and Returns
1. Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's
Returns Policy?
No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned
in the seller's Returns Policy.
2. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed
(packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available
under ‘My order’ section
3. If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement.
In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of
pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally
delivered item is picked up.
4. How do returns work?
You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
- Log into your Antarrashtriya account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
- Fill in the details and raise a return request Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your Antarrashtriya account.
5. I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button can mean any one of the following:
- The item has been delivered already OR
- The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)
6. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Get refund in the same mode of payment you made on time of placing orders.
7. How can I know the status of my refund?
You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund.
For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the
order has been shipped. Refund will be processed as soon as the courier service
provider confirms the return of the item(s).
PAYMENT
1. How can I pay for my order?
You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Net Banking
- Wallet
- UPI
- EMI
2. Can I pay with any Credit card?
You can choose to pay with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card
issued in India.
3. Can I use Cash on Delivery?
No, currently we don’t have COD service.
4. Why Cash on Delivery is not available on Antarrasthriya?
Our Courier Partner doesn't have the COD option as of now; we shall start the
COD Options Soon for our Customers
5. What is credit card EMI payment option?
With credit card EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy instalments of 3, 6,
9, 12, 18, or 24 months, with credit cards
6. What is the 'Save Card' feature?
The 'Save Card' option lets you save your credit/debit cards on your
Antarrashtriya account. This helps you complete your transactions in a quick and
easy way.
7. How do I pay using a credit or debit card?
You may choose the credit card or debit card option to pay during checkout and
enter the details when prompted. You would need to keep your card number, expiry
date, three digit CVV number ready, which you can find on your card. For added
security, you'll get OTP from the bank you have to submit OTP for payment
completion.
8. Can I delete my saved cards?
Yes, you can delete your saved cards at any given time.
